Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, including residential addresses and P.O. Boxes where supported by local carriers.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Groovy Moves is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
Any fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Groovy Moves is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package cannot be recovered due to incorrect address details, we are unable to issue a refund.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist by opening a claim with the shipping carrier. Investigations may take up to 21 days. Once completed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
